Vikram’s career spans close to 30 years in the Search & Banking industry. He was previously with Korn Ferry for close to 4 years in the Financial Services Practice and prior to that majority of his experience was in the banking Industry, particularly in the Financial services investment banking. He was with Deutsche bank for 16 years, where he was a Director, Corporate Finance – FIG, pursuing Equity Capital, Debt Capital Markets and Structured Finance opportunities for the financial services sector clients.

He has worked in many landmark equity, debt and M&A transactions for some of his key clients like Bombay Stock Exchange, Carlyle, State Bank of India, HDFC Ltd., HDFC Bank, ICICI bank, Yes bank etc.

Prior to Deutsche Bank, he was with Standard Chartered Bank, and American Express Bank, where he was part of their commercial & institutional banking, and with Bank of America in the retail banking division.

He has Masters in Business Administration from Mumbai University, and a Bachelor’s Degree from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University.

His varied experience as a consultant for last 6 years and before that as an Investment banker, covering Financial services sector clients, makes him an ideal guide for the BFSI clients with their leadership and board requirements.
